In the days leading up to your scheduled cleaning, you will receive several reminders via automated email reminding you of your upcoming services.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid cancellation penalties.

Upon arrival they will perform a walk-through with you or independently (should you opt to not be present) to identify areas of focus. If you selected a flat rate cleaning package, our cleaners will adhere to our standardized cleaning checklist. Once services are completed, our cleaners will do a post walk-through to ensure
you are satisfied.

**As a friendly reminder: If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed, our teams are happy to re-clean any missed areas per your request, FREE OF CHARGE at the TIME OF SERVICE. Note to INSPECT CAREFULLY: After you’ve done the walk through, DFW Cleaning Co. services are complete. Any additional services will be charged accordingly. In an event where clients are unable due to not being home, available, or simply choose not to perform the walk through inspection, our 100%

If you did not previously tip your cleaner on your initial booking and wish to do so, please let us know immediately, and we will charge the amount to your card on file.

Tipping your cleaner is NEVER expected but ALWAYS APPRECIATED. Just as other service providers do, cleaners always appreciate being rewarded for their hard work through tips. You may want to consider the state of your home and the quality of work you receive from each service when deciding whether to tip your cleaner. If your cleaner has provided substandard work then a tip should not be given, especially if you have to call the company to provide a follow-up clean.

However, if your cleaner has done an extraordinary job and your home is left sparkling clean, you may want to reward their efforts. It is your decision as the customer whether you choose to tip with cash or with your card on file. The professional cleaning staff at DFW Cleaning Co. will never ask for tips from our clients, but if you believe you have received extraordinary service then you can always add a tip to your bill.
