How do I create a DFW Cleaning Co. Account?

When you book a service, an account is automatically created for you. You will then choose your password and you’re ready to go!

Do you service my area?

We service any home within the DFW Metroplex.

What is the difference: standard cleaning vs. deep cleaning?

The biggest difference is time and attention to detail. Standard cleanings cover a basic cleaning of the home to include: Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. With a deep cleaning, we will remove items and wipe things down. Adding a deep cleaning allows more time in your home to get all the details and to those hard-to-reach places. We do also offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of the home. From there you can add on packages such as a deep clean, heavy duty deep clean, and move-in/move-out cleaning packages. Select the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage range, and the price is shown instantly on the website. Additional services have an additional charge, and the prices of these services are visible on the online booking form.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use eco-friendly products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer eco-friendly services so we can plan for this. Due to the pricier nature of “green” products, there will be an additional $20 added to your service.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. Please be advised that certain extra tasks may require a fee.

I am not sure which cleaning I should book?

If your home has never been professionally cleaned (or it has been more than a month since cleaned), we highly recommend booking a deep cleaning. A deep clean gets your home ready for recurring services and allows us time to get to those hard-to-reach places. If this is a one-time cleaning, consider booking a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning allows more time in your home and we can get to your space in tip-top shape!

We also have the option of a heavy duty deep clean for homes in need of serious TLC. In addition to upgraded cleaning options, we offer add-on services to elevate your cleaning.

Is this a per hour service?

Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and add-on services booked. Our system will provide an estimate of the amount of time the cleaning should take. This is an estimate and does not equate to the cleaner staying for the entire allotted time quoted, as there is a possibility the cleaning could be completed before the estimated time of completion. In the event that this happens, a walk-through should be completed or final photos approved, and the cleaner(s) is then free to depart from the home. In the event the cleaning goes beyond the time estimate, and the extended time is not justifiable, services will then be billed at $35.00/hour plus tax for each additional hour to be added to your final invoice.

Trust and Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, interviewed, and required to pass a nationwide detailed background check. We only contract hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and professional cleaners

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Please let us know immediately if anything goes wrong during your appointment! Your satisfaction is our happiness. If something goes wrong we will do our best to make it right. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place to ensure the safety of your information.

1) Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSI.

2) Our booking form has its own layer of 256- BIT security.

3) Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and layered on their own 256-BIT SSL encrypted payment. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We require our cleaners to undergo a detailed background check as the final step in our pre-screening process after they complete a test clean to evaluate their abilities.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re ever less than thrilled with a cleaning, we first ask that you would address this in your recommended final walk-through before your cleaning professionals depart.  If you are unable to complete a final walk-through, we will always send photos to indicate that the cleaning has been complete.  Please contact us within one (24-hours) day of your service appointment completion so that we can find a viable solution to rectify the issues.  Our goal is to have our cleaner return to your home within 24 hours to ensure a proper re-clean of the area(s) of issue.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectation, please let us know immediately. We will send a team out to make it right (within 24 hours).  Full refunds are not offered after service completion; however, we will review any mistakes and discount your service if deemed necessary.
