There are certain things you can do before our cleaners arrive to ensure your home gets the highest quality clean.

o Secure Your Pets

We highly recommend putting your pets in a secure place before our cleaners arrive to...

o Place Fresh Linens on Your Beds

If you requested we change the linens on each bed before making them, we will need the linens to be left on each bed.

o Remove Clutter

Make sure that all clutter and loose items are properly disposed of or stored away before we arrive, such as:

There are certain things you can do before our cleaners arrive to ensure your home gets the highest quality clean.

o Secure Your Pets

We highly recommend putting your pets in a secure place before our cleaners arrive to ensure their safety as well as our cleaners. In addition, please inspect your home for excessive pet hair and diminish as much as possible. Should excessive pet hair/fur be noted during the walkthrough, a fee starting at $50.00 will be added to the bill and increase depending on the severity.

o Place Fresh Linens on Your Beds

If you requested we change the linens on each bed before making them, we will need the linens to be left on each bed.

o Remove Clutter

Make sure that all clutter and loose items are properly disposed of or stored away before we arrive, such as: magazines, kids toys, mail, electronic devices, etc.  Please note, if the condition of the home is beyond the services booked, we do have the ability to re-assess the services need to get the home in clean condition and increase your final charges as necessary.  We will always make a call to you if a re-assessment must occur, and will never change your service or final charges without your consent.

o A Quick Sweep of the Bathroom Vanities

Please place every day bathroom items such as toothpaste, hairspray, makeup, etc. in a bin or away so that our cleaners do not need to move them while cleaning.

o Wash and Put Away Dishes

A 5-minute dish service is included in our cleanings, to include handwashing of a very small amount of dishes within 5 minutes or loading of the dishwasher.

**Note if these tasks are not done before our cleaners arrive, we will likely have to add an extra charge due to the amount of extra time it will take for our cleaners to complete these tasks. Aside from this list, there is no additional cleaning for you to complete. We promise to take it from here!**

If you have substantial dirty dishes, and did not select the “Extended Dishes (Handwash)” add-on service, we request that you make an effort to diminish the amount of dirty dishes. This will allow our cleaner to get straight to work on your kitchen.  An excessive amount dishes is not covered in our packages, and a call will be made to the client to re-assess the service(s) booked.

**Note if these tasks are not done before our cleaners arrive, we will likely have to add an extra charge due to the amount of extra time it will take for our cleaners to complete these tasks. Aside from this list, there is no additional cleaning for you to complete. We promise to take it from here!**

What to Expect Before DFW Cleaning Co. Services Your Home

o Before the arrival of our cleaners, we encourage you to ask any questions or let us know of any special requests so that we can provide expectations and give you an accurate quote for service. There is a possibility the last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.

o If you did not specify at the time of your booking, we will contact you regarding arrangements for how our team will access your home. If you will not be home, you may choose to provide us with a key or an access code. If you are uncomfortable with this option, then you will need to ensure that someone is home during your scheduled time to let us in.

o Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 48 hours before your service appointment. We ensure that a cleaning team and time are reserved for each customer, so cancellations after this time will incur a fee.

What to Expect Throughout Your Cleaning

o You can feel confident about the people we send to your home because all of our professional cleaners have undergone an extensive background check. In addition, they have received extensive training and are also insured for your protection and theirs.

o When our cleaning team arrives at your home, they will bring all the necessary equipment and supplies with them. No need to have any supplies or equipment ready for us.

o If you’re home, our cleaners will do an initial walk-through with you to make note of any areas of concern, then they will begin your cleaning. No need to leave – they will work around you, but it may help if you are able to move from room to room to allow them the space they need to clean.

o If any of the following is found during the initial walk-through: excessive hard or lime water build-up, heavy or excess grime (located on walls, blinds, window sills, baseboards, and/or vents), excess animal hair and/or animal waste (on furniture, floors, shelving, countertops, decor, and blinds), excessive trash and/or clutter, insects/bugs (deceased or live), and/or permanent or hard to remove stains

What to Expect Throughout Your Cleaning

We will immediately call to discuss the findings, re-assess the invoice, and discuss services to rectify the areas of concern and get the home in clean condition. This will likely result in an increase of the service fee, depending on the severity, due to the added labor to complete the job to our standards.

o If mold is found anywhere in the home, you will be notified immediately, and the area of concern will not be cleaned due to the potential safety hazard.

o Please note that our cleaners are unable to move large appliances, furniture, or reach areas over 6 feet high due to liability reasons.

o We reserve the right to deny any job should the condition severely exceed the services booked, rendering our team unable to handle the clean. This includes scenarios such as: hoarding, homes with evidence of squatting, human waste and excrement throughout the home, and homes where the condition is unsafe to clean. Should this occur, a fee of $75.00 will be assessed to the card on file for travel and fuel, and the team will depart immediately.

What To Do After DFW Cleaning Co. Services Your Home

o After your cleaning, our team will perform a mandatory inspection with you. We advise you to refer to our cleaning checklist as you complete this walk-through and alert the team of any missed areas. We will perform a re-clean, free of charge, on the date of service if you are unsatisfied and alert us during this inspection.

What To Do After DFW Cleaning Co. Services Your Home

o After your cleaning, our team will perform a mandatory inspection with you. We advise you to refer to our cleaning checklist as you complete this walk-through and alert the team of any missed areas. We will perform a re-clean, free of charge, on the date of service if you are unsatisfied and alert us during this inspection. In an event where clients are unable due to not being home, available, or simply choose not to perform the walk through inspection, our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE will be considered complete.

o You should also inspect your home for any lost or damaged property and inform us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. We will do what we can (within reason) to repair or replace the lost or damaged items.

o After your cleaning, you will receive an email to provide feedback on your service and rate your cleaner. We ask for your candid feedback to ensure we are providing not only you but all our customers with high quality service.
